Crosshatch is now hiring for the following positions:

COMMUNITY OUTREACH SPECIALIST

The Community Outreach Specialist works as part of the leadership team to build and implement a robust annual outreach plan to attract new people, retain current supporters and communicate gratitude to the greater community in ways that enhance the mission of Crosshatch Center for Art & Ecology. This role will be responsible for all external communications, including website, social media posts, multi-channel solicitations, and other written materials. The Community Outreach Specialist will also be responsible for managing event logistics.

OPERATIONS & FINANCE SPECIALIST

Like most of the positions at our small non-profit, this role encompasses both planning and doing: higher-level thinking around systems, strategies, and tactics, plus the need for hands-on implementation of plans and programs. In particular, the person well-suited to this position will hold both big picture and detail well, and will excel at checking off tasks each day in order to make time for reflection on how to solve problems at the systems level. And yes, an important part of this job is the day-to-day office administration, like answering the phone and the general email.
