Ritual and Ceremony have always been part of human life. It has been a way for us to recognize change, grief, joy and life in general. The spiritual energy of plants/herbs has been part of our rituals and ceremonies.
This meeting we will share our knowledge and use of herbs in ritual and ceremony. Do you have a favorite or favorites? Which ones? Why? What is the spirit of the herb and what does it bring to the ritual? This will be an opportunity to explore and share the spiritual energy of herbs. Join the discussion bringing your favorite herb/s and the stories they evoke.

Herb Guild General Info:
The Northwest Michigan Herb Guild is open to all of those interested in sharing and learning more about herbs from all perspectives, whether practical, botanical, culinary, or medicinal. All are welcome with any level of experience. However, we seek to cultivate a committed community of herb enthusiasts and professionals who meet regularly. Meetings will continue on the second Thursday of every month and we hope you'll plan to continue joining us.

These guild gatherings are FREE, but we welcome donations to help to offset the cost of meeting space and to cover supplies for group activities that will be led by members during meetings.
