Go beyond the tree! Learn to work with your small orchard as an interlocking system, designed by you, and considering understory plant guilds, sheet mulching and other practices of ecological design. We’ll focus on the basics of establishing new trees, including demos and hands-on practice with planting and field grafting. Includes classroom lecture and fieldwork.
