Grow your mushroom knowledge base! This is a beginner workshop. Each attendee will learn basic terminology and cultivation techniques. Bernie Ware, of Ware Farm, will cover a variety of different types of mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, lions mane, and wine cap) and the how-to involved with start-up. Everyone will take home an inoculated oyster totem.
