Roll up those sleeves! This is a hands-on workshop. Each attendee will learn how to inoculate shiitake mushroom logs by working at drilling, filling, and waxing stations throughout the day. You will take home a share of fully inoculated logs; a great way to kickstart your home mushroom production.

A simple soup lunch will be provided. Bring a spoon!
