JOIN CROSSHATCH CENTER FOR ART & ECOLOGY AND BLISSFEST MUSIC ORGANIZATION FOR A COMMUNITY CONCERT SERIES LIKE NO OTHER.
For seven years, artists from all over the world have been traveling to Northern Michigan in order to live and work at the Hill House Artist Residency. Fewer than 10% of applicants are selected. Now, we’ve selected three of the very best acts to perform, for two nights only.
Josh Davis Trio - our own local songwriting hero, bringing songs that blend the roots of American music with gritty rock n' roll and vintage soul.
Three Thirds - what happens when a classical quartet discovers old-timey folk music? come see. (hint: it's magic.)
Robinson & Rohe - finely crafted songs for deep listening. two brooklynites make music that michigan woodsy souls will love.
See all three acts at the historic Crooked Tree Arts Center stage on Saturday, April 15. Tickets are available here.
About the Hill House Artist Residency
The Hill House Artist Residency serves musicians, writers, performers, and visual artists. The residency grants time and space—two to four weeks in a log cabin near the Jordan River, stocked with locally sourced food—to support artists and the creation of new art.
